Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Notice

PornRand respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Important Note About Our Service

We do NOT host any video content on our servers.

PornRand is a search and aggregation platform that embeds videos from third-party sources such as Eporner and other external platforms. All video content is hosted by and remains on these external platforms.

DMCA Takedown Process

If you believe that content accessible through PornRand infringes your copyright, you have two options:

Option 1: Contact the Original Host (Recommended)

Since we embed content from external sources, the most effective approach is to submit a DMCA takedown notice directly to the platform hosting the content:

  • Eporner: DMCA Takedown Form
  • Other platforms: Check the video page for the original source and contact them directly

Option 2: Submit a Notice to Us

You may also submit a DMCA takedown notice to us. If valid, we will remove the link/embed to the content from our search results. However, this will not remove the content from the internet as it remains on the original hosting platform.

Filing a DMCA Notice

To file a DMCA takedown notice with us, please provide the following information:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  3. The URL or specific location on our site where the allegedly infringing material is located
  4. Your contact information (address, telephone number, email address)
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf

Counter-Notice

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice with us containing the following information:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
  • Your name, address, and telephone number
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, or if you are outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found

Repeat Infringers

We will terminate the accounts or access of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

Misrepresentation

Please be aware that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), you may be liable for damages if you materially misrepresent that content is infringing your copyright. We recommend consulting with a legal advisor before filing a DMCA notice.
